This small "Vet" home was getting old and more space was needed. During the ice storm in Ottawa in 1989, we designed the replacement using existing footprint. During the summer of 1999, the building was removed and the new building was constructed. The renovations included maple hardwood floors throughout, ceramic tile in the bathrooms and radiant floor hearing on all three levels. The result was a new three bedroom, 2 bath home with separate living room, dining room, studio with an attached heated garage as a workshop. The grounds were landscaped after completing construction.
